The keyed entry matches the residents’ apartment front door keys for seamless access.

 Garage Type 1: The garages are available for rent at $200 monthly. These garages are conveniently located for residents, making them ideal for additional parking or storage needs.

 Garage Type 2: 1-car garages. While these garages do not have direct entry into the building, they come with additional storage space. Priced at $250 per month, these garages provide a practical solution for parking and storage requirements.
