- Lease Signing: Your referred friend or family member must sign a minimum 14-month lease.
- Qualify for the Reward: Both you and the new resident must be in good standing with your lease agreements.
- Earn Your Reward: The $500 referral award is payable 60 days after the new resident moves in.
